Do you love learning new tricks? At PetSmart, we like to think your education doesn't end with a diploma! We like to ensure PetSmart associates receive the training they need, whether that is when they are first hired or later in their career with continued education to succeed!

We are passionate about our associates and want to provide them with all the tools, resources, and training that they need to truly do #AnythingForPets. Our associates are on the front lines every day, helping pets and pet parents live amazing lives in their communities! ❤️🐾

This team is responsible for supporting associate onboarding (store, distribution center, and corporate office), continued education, and project-based learning. This team also delivers live, instructor-led development courses throughout the year. The Learning Consultants have to be well-rounded because they often must consult with various levels of leadership on business needs, training requirements, etc. Then, they are the instructional designers, building engaging learning courses and materials. They also need to be efficient project and program managers, leading learning projects from inception to delivery.
