Last week we celebrated #EmployeeAppreciationDay, and while we always are thankful for the fantastic work our team does for the love of pets and people, our hearts are extra warm seeing the celebration of our associates continue. This PetSmart in partnered with Children’s Safe Harbor for a warm and fuzzy give back for victims of trauma. We LOVE seeing the great things that our Chance & Friend donations can have on communities like this. Read the full story here.

Say hi to Tori and Jennifer! Tori is a bather at PetSmart Salon 2111 and Jennifer’s a pet care specialist working at PetsHotel 2242

Fun fact about Tori- if she’s not pampering your pet in the salon she’s rocking it out up front providing great customer service as she rings you out. When she’s not pampering your pet she enjoys her free time painting, sculpting, and reading some great books. Her favorite thing about working for PetSmart is getting to meet lots of dogs and see how unique each of their personalities are.

Associate Dee, and her buddy, Savannah, are rocking their #LifeAtPetSmart in San Carlos, CA and providing PUPtacular customer service to pets and pet parents that come in to visit!

We’re sending our congratulations to our PetSmart trainers this week! Lindsay and Marlea recently wrapped up their pet training! They spent 80 hours training and are ready to share their knowledge and passion in their own classes. And Joan is ready for retirement! After a decade of providing training and love to the pets in her store she’s moving on to enjoy the finer things in life—her family, horses, and time with her pups! 👏
