At PetSmart, we have a strong culture of belonging and celebrate the success our diversity drives.

I’m humbled to see our culture of belonging woven into everything we do at PetSmart. It’s inspired me to sign Disability:IN’s CEO letter, signifying my commitment – on behalf of our 50,000+ associates – to advancing equity, accessibility, and inclusion. I’ve had the privilege to watch the impact of one of our newest Associate Resource Groups – AVID (Awareness of Visible and Invisible Differences). What was once an idea has evolved into a strong community that promotes accessibility and inclusion by celebrating and acknowledging the experiences and perspectives of our associates with all different types of disabilities, be they temporary or permanent, physical or mental, visible or invisible.
