We celebrated Belonging Week, which was the largest event in PetSmart’s history.

Launched a new careers site and blog highlighting our associates and culture.

Updated Volunteering Policy to provide paid volunteer hours to all associates across the enterprise

Added J.K.’s Leader of the Pack recognition program

Kept benefit premiums costs flat for associates in 2021 for 4th year in a row!

Rolled out a new user-friendly benefits site.

Started a Wellness Capitan Network at PHO, CHO, and Canada Field to communicate and champion wellness offerings

Negotiated discounted/guaranteed rate on Long Term Disability (LTD) benefit in Canada,

Redesigned the DC quarterly bonus program, adding an individual performance component to the plan

Introduced new leadership development offering: Leadership & Interviewing, which 600+ leaders completed across the enterprise

Skillsoft content refresh with thousands of new development and certification-related learning content for associates.
