Associate from Store 1218 Goes Above and Beyond for Local Family

When a seven-year-old girl in New Jersey heard it was Career Day at her school, she knew exactly what she wanted to be… a PetSmart associate! Her dad was determined to make it happen and called their nearest store — 1218 in Marlton, New Jersey.

Lisa C., Customer Engagement Leader at 1218, was happy to help make this girl’s dream come true. She created a custom name tag and provided the family with a PetSmart T-shirt and mask. Needless to say, our newest honorary associate was thrilled.
